We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes, on civil, utility, residential, and demolition projects. Your primary duties will include performing earthmoving, grading, trenching, and material handling while working around underground utilities and other job site hazards. You will also conduct routine equipment inspections, perform light maintenance, and assist with minor repairs to keep machinery operating efficiently. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Strong communication skills are important, as you will work closely with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain a safe and productive job site.
