Company Overview

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is a natural gas service company offering a full suite of oil and natural gas field services across the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play, and other basins nationwide. With over 25 years of industry experience, we operate and maintain thousands of wells, compressors, pipelines, and facilities.

Summary:

Positions are temp to full-time, benefits-eligible, and require availability for all shifts, including swing shifts and weekends. Some roles may involve out-of-town overnight stays.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy or specialized equipment such as Rubber Tire Loaders, Track hoes, Dozers, Backhoes, and Cranes.
• Demonstrate experienced operation and knowledge of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• Perform labor duties as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors throughout the job process.
• Have basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot simple failures.
• Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Drive, operate, and maintain CDL A vehicles and equipment following DOT regulations.
• Proactively communicate with team members and promote teamwork.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Working Conditions:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Frequent driving, walking, and standing.
• Exposure to adverse weather, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and loud machinery.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
