Job summary

J.P. Mascaro & Sons is seeking a Mechanic for Pioneer Crossing (Birdsboro, PA) to perform general maintenance on heavy equipment and onsite vehicles. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete daily shop paperwork while ensuring minimal downtime.

The role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather and to drive both commercial and non-commercial vehicles with manual transmission. A valid driver's license is essential, and overtime and occasional Saturday work are required.

• Must have strong diagnostic and repair skills for heavy equipment.
• Good communication skills both orally and written.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on heavy equipment/onsite vehicles.
• Fix any major repairs needed in a timely manner.
• Perform any general repairs/services on heavy equipment/onsite vehicles.
• Complete necessary daily shop paperwork.
• Fix any major sudden breakdowns in a timely manner to prevent delay in operations.
