Job summary

Cutting Edge Services LLC is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to service and repair heavy equipment, diesel and hydraulic systems, and vehicles. You will create and follow maintenance schedules, diagnose issues, and keep logs of miles, runs and services.

This role requires the ability to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. A valid driver's license and comfort with indoor/outdoor work in varying conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment and diesel/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications.
• Welding and metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems and vehicles.
• Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
• Examine equipment and perform diagnostics tests.
• Create a maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Maintain information logs on miles, run times and services.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables and parts.
• Assist with transitioning equipment to winter components as needed.
• Seasonal on-call snow removal as required.
