Job summary

Primetime Tree and Landscape Services LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to operate heavy equipment for tree removal, landscaping, and property maintenance projects. The role emphasizes safe operation, equipment integrity, and teamwork within a professional crew.

The ideal candidate has experience with mechanics and large machinery, can perform minor repairs, and maintains a high level of safety on site. A valid driver’s license is required, with CDL preferred, and willingness to work outdoors

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment used in construction and landscaping.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Valid Driver's License is required; CDL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, wheel loaders).
• Set up equipment and adjust as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and report major issues.
• Read job specs and work plans; maintain a clean, organized site.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
