Sundt Construction is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate a variety of machinery on industrial/commercial sites. The role requires adherence to safety standards and reliable performance in a dynamic team environment.

Key tasks include performing pre-shift checks, reading drawings, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with crew to ensure quality and efficiency while upholding company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6+ years in industrial/commercial construction with heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and safety/quality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times.
• Provide feedback to ensure tools and information are available for the work.
