Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced equipment operator to safely operate heavy machinery and perform routine maintenance. You will work with a crew to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on-site in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, following specs, performing pre-shift checks, and helping improve work methods. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in industrial/construction with heavy equipment experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specs, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew members.
• Provide feedback and learn from others to improve tasks and methods.
• Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with plans and specs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
