Job description

Our Trade:

We understand that by supporting you to achieve your potential, we collectively ensure a thriving future for our industry.

Autonomy in Decision Making:

While support is always available, you won't have someone constantly looking over your shoulder. Here, you'll have the freedom to lead your space and earn the respect of those who trust your judgment.

Innovation:

We don't let good ideas linger. We welcome your input, seek out purposeful challenges, and take calculated risks to continually move ourselves and our customers toward greater productivity and quality.

Your Mission With Us:

Keep our customers drilling. Optimize equipment performance to advance the success and well-being of our growing customer base and their drilling fleets.

What You’ll Get To Do:
  • Be the Hero for customers facing equipment-related disruptions, delivering timely solutions that enable uninterrupted productivity

  • You enjoy working outdoors and getting to travel for work (1-3 nights a week on some months and local / shop work on others)
  • You’ve earned a high school diploma or GED and
  • Have a current valid driver’s license
Even Better (but not required) If:
  • You have Advanced technical or college training
The Value We Provide You:

  • Continuing education in an environment that embraces the challenges that make work more exciting and that help you grow
  • A people-first workplace that honors balance and productivity. We strive to limit the stress and drama of within our industry. We’re not aiming to run an emergency room, more like a proactive outpatient care center.

  • 7 paid holidays and 15 paid PTO days
  • Medical, dental, and vision with 62% medical premium covered for employees
  • 401K with 4% match on a 5% employee contribution

We believe that having a mix of backgrounds and perspectives is key to sparking fresh ideas, challenging the status quo, and fueling innovation and growth. We're an equal-opportunity employer, committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
