Dyno Nobel is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Lincoln, CA to keep our mobile fleet and processing equipment running safely and reliably in mining and construction settings. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and assist with field support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in heavy equipment, is comfortable reading manuals and schematics, and can pass an ATF background check.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of heavy equipment, diesel mechanics, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and SOPs; strong communication in English.
• Willing to undergo ATF background check and be at least 21 years old; team player.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on heavy equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain and repair mobile processing units and blending equipment.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and service logs.
• Manage parts inventory, procurement, and cost control.
• Support equipment inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior mechanics and technicians.
• Assist with equipment operation and field support as needed.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and ATF compliance.
• Promote safety culture and hazard assessments.
