Qualifications

• 3 years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Experience with manufacturer diagnostic software preferred.
• Must supply own hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, graders, scrapers, and wheel loaders.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and major component replacement.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and diesel engine systems.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use electronic diagnostic software and service tools to identify faults.
