Green Tanner Industrial Construction in Chandler, AZ, seeks an experienced Mechanic/Millwright to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and fixed plant systems. The role requires welding, fabrication, and precise alignment in challenging industrial environments, including underground locations and elevated work areas.

You will perform preventive maintenance per OEM guidelines, maintain CMMS records, and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing industrial mechanical maintenance and equipment repairs with limited supervision.
• Completion of a four-year mechanical or millwright apprenticeship preferred, or equivalent documented work experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment and fixed plant systems.
• Perform mechanical and hydraulic repairs, welding, and fabrication in accordance with safety standards and OEM recommendations.
• Owns inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs; documents work orders in CMMS.
• Support rigging, controlled equipment moves, and mentor junior mechanics.
