Responsibilities include troubleshooting, component removal/installation, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Overtime and shift flexibility may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Read service and parts literature and technical bulletins.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Proficient with company software (UpKeep).
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of electrical systems, engines and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of CAT ET and SIS diagnostic tools.
• TWIC credential required and background check.
• Regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Diagnose problems, recommend repairs, and perform critical machine repairs.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, and test assemblies.
• Troubleshoot to minimize rework and verify repairs operate correctly.
• Document maintenance and safety reports in required systems.
• Work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete required training and testing.
