Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CAT certified schooling and dealer training preferred.
• Able to read electrical and hydraulic schematics, service and parts publications.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficient with company software like UpKeep.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge incl. electrical, engines and hydraulics.
• Willing to work overtime and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of repair and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, recommend repairs and perform critical machine adjustments.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, test and adjust assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines correctly the first time to reduce rework.
• Document maintenance inspections and safety reports as required.
• Work safely and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Available for overtime, after-hours calls, and rotating shifts.
