Your role as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic

As a Full Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic at JT Russell & Sons, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient maintenance of our rock crushing equipment, earthmoving machinery, and paving tools. This position requires you to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all company‑owned vehicles, including dump trucks and pickups, ensuring they operate smoothly and safely. You will be responsible for changing oil and other essential fluids, keeping our fleet in top condition. Additionally, you'll maintain an organized and clean shop environment, where good housekeeping is emphasized. What We're Looking For In a Heavy Equipment Mechanic

To excel as a Full Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic at JT Russell & Sons, you will need a solid foundation of mechanical skills and experience.
