Job summary

Sibelco Group in Sarasota is seeking a Heavy Equipment Loader Operator to move materials, support production, and maintain a safe yard. You will operate loaders and other equipment following safety standards and complete required training.

Qualifications

• Loader operation and safe handling of heavy equipment.
• Follow Sibelco safety procedures and driving assessments.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report safety concerns.
• Do basic preventative maintenance and fuel equipment safely.
• Load trucks and production hoppers with materials as directed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate loaders and heavy equipment in accordance with company standards
• Complete required training, including Sibelco safety procedures and driving assessments
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report any safety concerns
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and fuel equipment safely
• Load trucks and production hoppers with assigned materials
• Accurately track load counts and material movement
• Transport materials to storage areas, bunkers, or staging zones
• Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow all PPE requirements and company safety policies
• Operate additional equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.) after completing on-site training
