Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an Experienced Loader Operator in Arkansas. The role involves safely operating heavy equipment in quarry and construction tasks, adhering to OSHA/MSHA safety standards, and assisting with maintenance and training.

Offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive training, and opportunities for advancement, this full-time position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Report equipment or operational issues to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation.
• Mentor and train less-experienced team members in equipment operation.
