Job summary

APAC Central Inc. is seeking a skilled equipment operator to safely operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks in Springdale, AR.

You will follow OSHA/MSHA regulations, complete equipment inspections, and assist with maintenance while adhering to safety standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience; strong math/reading comprehension and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment across quarry and construction tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Report equipment or safety issues to Foreman or Safety Manager.
• Perform daily tasks as directed to meet jobsite expectations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per protocol.
• Mentor less-experienced team members in operation and repair.
• Attend to general labor duties and maintain attendance.
