Spear D Construction is seeking a dependable Fuel & Lube Equipment Technician to support field operations by fueling, lubricating, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and company vehicles. The role keeps equipment ready for daily operation and requires safety-conscious hands-on work outdoors.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, and CDL is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of equipment maintenance, diesel service, fueling/lubrication, or related experience preferred.
• Heavy equipment or construction industry experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• CDL is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working around equipment.

Responsabilités

• Fuel and lubricate heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and fluid checks.
• Change oil, filters, and other basic service components.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, damage, wear, or mechanical concerns.
• Grease equipment according to maintenance schedules.
• Track equipment hours, fuel usage, and completed services.
• Maintain service records and report repair needs.
• Keep the fuel/lube truck clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
• Travel to jobsites as needed to service equipment.
