Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Fuel & Lube Technician to join our mining operations team in Texas. You will perform maintenance, oils and lubrication, minor repairs, and testing to keep heavy equipment running smoothly.

You will generate service reports, follow safety procedures, and work with internal and external teams to ensure reliable uptime. Turner's culture emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment and various pieces of machinery.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment using tools, machine tools and measuring instruments
• Conduct oil changes, lubrication of equipment, tire replacements, hose repairs, battery replacements and assorted services
• Operate and test equipment
• Produce detailed service reports and repair logs
• Follow all established procedures and protocols
• Build positive relationships with internal and external teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on heavy machinery and equipment as directed.
• Carry out minor repairs using hand and power tools and measurement devices.
• Complete oil changes, lubrication, tire changes, hose and battery work as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and test performance components.
• Document service reports and repair logs for traceability.
• Adhere to procedures, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure uptime.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
