Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial construction experience.
• 2+ years field supervision experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities for routine and non-routine projects.
• Ensure planned work is performed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage subcontractor crews for portions of projects.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to perform work accurately

Knowledge of means and methods of construction management

Ability to apply Lean process and philosophy

Knowledge of specific trades

Skilled in reading plans and specifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Vocational/Technical degree in related field
