Komatsu is seeking a Field Technician to repair machine components with precision and efficiency on site in Peoria, IL. You will ensure high quality repairs, document work, and support customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include timely repairs, safety compliance, and accurate reporting, with ongoing training and a tool allowance to support your work. A forklift/DOT certifications may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in diesel/HV equipment repair.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and schedules.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance policies.

Responsabilidades

• Timely repairs within flat-rate times to keep operations running.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Accurate documentation of work performed.
• Follow contamination control and HAZMAT regulations.
• Perform parts removal/installation and component disassembly/reassembly.
• Provide accurate quotes and communicate with customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend repairs.
• Ensure repairs operate correctly after service.
• Apply failure analysis to diagnose issues.
