At their 11 locations, Coastline delivers best-in-class equipment, parts, service and technology solutions for customers. The team at Coastline is hiring a Field Service Technician at their North Las Vegas, NV branch and look to find an enthusiastic candidate to round out the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform complex on-site diagnostics and repairs on Wirtgen and John Deere construction equipment.
• Training and Development: Participate in required Service EDUCATE Training programs.
• Customer Support: Support customer clinics and address maintenance, repair, or service concerns directly with customers.
• Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell dealer service programs to customers.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Parts Department to maintain seasonal parts inventory.
• Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on Wirtgen, John Deere, and competitive products.
• Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the condition of the mobile service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools, and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years if experience performing service repairs.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of Wirtgen or construction equipment.
• Mechanical Background: Ability to perform complex repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Advanced or Master Service Technician certification.
• License: Forklift License.

Physical Requirements

• Driving: Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical Conditions: Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
