Job summary

Warren CAT in Amarillo, TX seeks a Product Support Field Inspector to perform field inspections and manage customer relationships across multiple product lines. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of heavy equipment experience, with the ability to travel up to 25% and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and inspection abilities with structured reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and evaluations on customer-owned equipment.
• Prepare inspection reports with clear condition feedback and repair recommendations.
• Use CAT Inspect/CTS Pro/Bucket Pro to maximize equipment life and value.
• Communicate findings to customers, service teams, and sales staff.
• Assist with repair estimates and participate in customer quotes.
