Job summary
Mach10 Solutions in Seward, Nebraska is seeking an experienced heavy equipment technician to perform diagnostic-driven repairs in both shop and field settings. You will access OEM tools, service manuals, and modern digital service systems to diagnose and fix equipment efficiently.

Qualifications
- 2+ years repairing heavy construction or agricultural machinery with diagnostic focus.
- Ability to read hydraulic/electrical schematics and interpret diagrams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues in diesel engines, powertrains, hydraulics, HVAC, and ECUs.
- Perform failure analysis, inspections, setup, and maintenance to ensure performance.
- Use schematics and diagnostic software to troubleshoot complex equipment.
- Execute OEM-standard repairs ensuring first-time resolution.
- Provide field service support at customer sites and assist others.
- Maintain detailed labor, service reports, and warranty records electronically.
- Suggest preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Communicate status and requirements clearly to customers.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe workplace.
- Assist in training interns and newer staff to grow the team.
