Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required.
• Experience with heavyduty wreckers or recoveries preferred.
• Ability to operate an 18-speed manual transmission.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavyduty wreckers for accident response, winchouts, and complex recoveries.
• Safely execute recoveries with precision, and professionalism.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting.
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Uphold safety standards and reliability in high-pressure environments.
