Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Representative to support a global commercial vehicle supplier in the Auburn Hills, Michigan area. You will take inbound phone calls from truck drivers, shop foremen, dealership technicians, and warranty analysts, diagnosing issues and guiding resolutions.

You will work in an open, collaborative call center environment with about 15 team members, assisting with troubleshooting, warranty claims, and maintenance system support using CRM tools while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Electrical or Automotive experience
• Customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
• CRM experience
• Strong soft skills and communication ability

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from truck drivers, shop foremen, dealership technicians, and warranty analysts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to product support, warranty claims, and maintenance systems for medium and heavy-duty truck components.
• Work in an open, collaborative call center environment with a team of about 15 Technical Support Representatives.
