Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a skilled Truck and Trailer Mechanic to work at various locations. This role involves routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers, emphasizing preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a valid Class C Driver's License, along with certification requirements. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience required.
• Valid Class C Driver's License is necessary.
• Federal Annual and Brake Inspector certification should be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and complete documentation.
• Repair and maintain heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Identify potential damage and ensure safety on all trailers.
• Accurately fill out work order forms and documentation.
