Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in medium/heavy truck repair and maintenance.
• VA State Inspector's certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid Class A or B CDL or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work safely with tools.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from Shop Foreman and perform work accordingly.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and timely service.
• Advise Shop Foreman on changes in services requested by customers.
• Identify further repairs and communicate recommendations to the Shop Foreman.
• Maintain training and experience with equipment and servicing techniques.
• Attend required training sessions and document work performed.
