Qualifications

• Two years of experience in heavy-duty or automotive parts-related work (preferred).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience working with the public in a sales, customer service or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer service calls in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments and determine nature of mechanical problems, timeline, and repair costs.
• Conduct preliminary inspections of vehicles and assess for potential additional repairs.
• Test drive vehicles or refer to test technician as needed.
• Maintain RO documents and customer data; manage payment methods.
