Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-Secondary vocational education strongly preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in mechanical inspections and repairs in a related field.
• Must have valid Class B Driver’s License.
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work safely and independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose minor mechanical and electrical problems following standard repair practices and regulations.
• Road test vehicles to verify repair quality and identify concerns.
• Mentor less-experienced technicians and participate in training.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and routine servicing.
• Assist with parts testing, repairs, and component upgrades as directed.
• Maintain documentation of service work and communicate findings clearly.
