FirstLine Road Solutions in Central Texas is seeking a Heavy Duty Towing Operator to join our growing team. The role focuses on safe, efficient roadside assistance for heavy vehicles, including 18-wheelers and dump trucks.

The ideal candidate is active, a good problem solver, and communicates well with dispatch and customers. A valid Class A CDL, DOT medical exam, and ability to pass background and drug tests are required. The position is on-site and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must reside near assigned area to meet service times.
• DOT medical exam required.
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Ability to operate under various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched calls and provide safe roadside assistance.
• Communicate with dispatch and document status and ETA.
• Perform damage-free towing of heavy-duty vehicles.
• Tow 18-wheelers, garbage trucks, dump trucks, and cement trucks.
• Inspect truck daily and complete pre-shift check.
• Maintain clean, organized storage yard and adhere to safety rules.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
