Job summary

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a detail‑oriented Housekeeper to clean guest rooms, replenish supplies, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. You will interact with guests, respond to requests, and uphold the property’s standards during all shifts.

Responsibilities include rigorous cleaning routines, restocking amenities, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely turn‑around of rooms while following regulations and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 6 months housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, halls, and bathrooms according to standards.
• Vacuum rooms, make beds, replenish linens and amenities.
• Stock carts with supplies and equipment; maintain a safe work area.
• Greet guests and assist with directions and questions.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to ensure assignments are completed.
