FleetPride in Louisville, KY is hiring a Heavy-duty Parts Specialist (Back Counter/Service) to provide accurate, first-class support to Technicians and Service Advisors in person and by phone. You will manage parts orders, communicate ETA, and ensure proper handling of special orders in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience in automotive parts provisioning, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Parts provisioning experience in automotive repair environment.
• Strong computer and internet skills across multiple platforms.
• 1 year of general warehouse or heavy-duty parts experience.

Mansioni

• Order parts with local parts dealers and OEM dealerships.
• Assist service technicians and service advisors.
• Provide clear ETA and information for special-order parts.
• Secure return parts, properly tag and sort, and return to source.
• Maintain organized parts storage; parts pickup and delivery.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, high-quality service mindset.
