You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, using catalog systems, handling cash, and offering friendly, knowledgeable service. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior Heavy Duty parts background or knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills (written and verbal).
• A positive attitude and great personal drive.
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with their parts questions and needs (in-person or via telephone).
• Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms.
• Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Effectively communicate current sales promotions.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct/appearance at all times.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help solve customers’ problems).
• Provide sales support, process customer stock orders.
• Assist outside salesperson as needed.
• Perform all other tasks assigned by management.
