Guardian Fleet Services is seeking a Heavy‑Duty Rotator Driver to operate rotators and tow trucks in Nashville, TN. This onsite role requires advanced driving skills and the ability to handle physically demanding recoveries for commercial vehicles.

The position offers an annual compensation range of $165,000 to $175,000 plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Expect night/weekend work and adherence to DOT and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Clean driving record meeting DOT/insurance standards.
• Experience operating heavy‑duty wreckers/rotators preferred.
• Knowledge of rigging, recovery techniques, and load securement.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Operate heavy‑duty wreckers, rotators, and recovery equipment to tow or recover vehicles and heavy loads.
• Perform complex recoveries including rollovers, winch‑outs, load shifts, and on‑scene operations.
• Inspect and secure rigging, chains, straps, winches, and towing gear.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report issues.
• Communicate with dispatch, law enforcement, customers, and responders on‑scene.
