Guardian Fleet Services is seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Driver to operate rotator, rollback, and recovery vehicles with GVWR over 26,000 lbs. A valid CDL is required, along with basic mechanical skills and the ability to work with a dispatch team.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and the ability to perform routine maintenance. Weekend availability and strong communication are valued in our team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade school accreditation in towing, recovery or transport.
• At least two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL appropriate for vehicle operated.
• Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Transport goods and materials to and from designated locations.
• Collaborate with Dispatch team on customer calls.
• Operate heavy-duty vehicles such as trucks, trailers, and buses.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil, water, tires).
• Ensure cargo is secured and properly loaded.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
