• Process approved credits for returned merchandise.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and structures per company procedure.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability and features.
• Provide customers with current product catalogs.
• Ensure counter parts area is clean and orderly; display areas support sales.
