Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2 years’ sales experience; heavy-duty automotive parts preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Windows XP (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Help determine and obtain heavy-duty parts for customers by phone or in person.
• Locate and obtain ordered part from central warehouse or branch.
• Determine sales price for customers per company procedures.
• Handle warranty or defective parts per procedures.
• Process credits for returns and manage special orders and credits.
• Explain product features, prices, and availability to customers.
• Keep counter area clean and organized to encourage sales.
