Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on diagnostic/repair experience with advanced diesel/electronic systems, and hold Michigan credentials (CDL with Air Brake endorsement).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience, especially in diesel and electronic systems.
• Expertise in modern bus powertrains, multiplexed electronics, and structured diagnostic workflows.
• Valid Michigan Driver or Chauffeur License; Group A CDL with Air Brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging lectures, labs, and demonstrations to foster student engagement and success.
• Coordinate courses within the discipline, maintain syllabi, and update instructor guides.
• Incorporate instructional technology to enhance classroom and lab learning.
• Supervise labs and equipment, ensuring safe and effective learning environments.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership on curriculum and program development.
• Monitor student progress and support success through college resources and guidance.
• Adhere to college policies and participate in ongoing professional development.
