Job summary

Civil Constructors LLC in Tennessee is seeking a full-time, experienced field mechanic to service, repair, and maintain company-owned equipment in the field, including earth moving equipment, drills, trenchers, paving equipment, crushers, and trucks.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, be able to read manuals and schematics, operate diagnostics, and must own their own tools; fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Must have working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Must be able to read manuals and schematics.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in rough terrain.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain company-owned equipment in the field.
• Provide routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment.
• Operate service truck and use required tools for repairs.

We are seeking a full-time, experienced field mechanic to service, repair, and maintain company owned equipment in the field. Individual will provide routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment including but not limited to earth moving equipment, track drills, trenchers, paving equipment, crushers, screens, dump trucks, lowboy tractors and trailers.

This is a non-exempt position. Overtime and Saturday work will be required.

Min Requirements:

Working knowledge and experience with hydraulic and electrical systems are a must. All other repair knowledge and experience will be taken into consideration for the position. Ability to use computer diagnostics. read manuals, and schematics is very important. Some jobs will require you to be exposed to inclement weather and hazardous work environments. You must also be able to lift heavy objects and traverse through rough terrain. YOU MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS. You will be provided a service truck and any special tools required to complete repairs. You MUST speak, read, and write fluently in English.
