Job summary

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in civil site work, greenfield, heavy highway, or industrial settings, perform daily equipment inspections, and work as part of a team to keep sites safe

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience operating bulldozers and excavators.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience establishing grades with rotating lasers and GPS machine control.
• Experience in Greenfield, heavy highway, and industrial civil construction.
• Strong ability to perform mass grading, trenching, and site preparation.
• Capable of loading and transporting materials safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to perform general labor and related site duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and report hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excavators, Dozers, and grading equipment to cut/fill to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Shoot grade with rotating lasers and site levels.
• Work on Greenfield, heavy highway, and industrial civil projects.
• Demonstrate mass excavation, grading, and trenching expertise.
• Load or assist with loading of borrow/aggregate to trucks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and report hazards.
