Coulter Services is seeking a skilled diesel technician to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and related equipment in our Indiana shop. You will ensure fleet reliability by performing required repairs, planning service tasks, and coordinating parts needs.

You will document work orders accurately, maintain a safe workspace, and assist in training less experienced team members to uphold our safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy-duty diesel diagnostics and repair.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.
• Ability to plan maintenance tasks and coordinate parts needs.
• Detail-oriented approach to work order completion and documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety and good housekeeping.
• Willingness to help train and mentor less experienced team members.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and determine required repairs.
• Perform repairs, rebuilding, and maintenance on diesel trucks and related systems.
• Plan repair work and prepare for service tasks.
• Order and manage required parts for completed work.
• Complete work orders with proper documentation.
