The Larson Group Peterbilt in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Diesel Service Technician to join our heavy‑duty repair team. This role performs diagnostic and mechanical repairs on heavy‑duty trucks under minimal supervision, with emphasis on safety and quality results.

You will train new technicians, document repairs in the system, and communicate parts needs to the Service Foreman while maintaining clean, efficient work practices and high training standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree or trade school certificate preferred but not required.
• Class A CDL certification or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and mechanical repairs on heavy‑duty trucks and related components.
• Test repairs after completion to ensure quality.
• Train new technicians and adhere to safety rules and company policies.
• Communicate parts availability and repair needs to the Service Foreman.
• Maintain accurate repair records and proper documentation.
