Qualifications

• Diesel mechanic experience is required.
• Must have own tools and be willing to grow your toolkit.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and service heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Maintain, operate, and prepare equipment for safe use.
• Complete and track repair orders and fleet inspections.
• Keep detailed maintenance records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Rebuild and service vehicle systems and sub-assemblies as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and special service tasks.
• Use testing equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Adjust and test units after repair.
