Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic or diesel technician.
• Aluminum welding and fabrication experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, tractors, and trailers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to keep fleet equipment reliable.
• Use diagnostic tools and procedures to identify problems.
• Complete aluminum welding and fabrication as needed.
• Maintain accurate repair records and support daily fleet priorities.
