Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a full-time Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (Experienced level) based in Chino, CA to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet, ensuring safety and reliability. You will diagnose, repair, and service powertrain, suspension, and electrical systems while maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of heavy automotive diesel mechanic experience.
Valid Class C license required; Class A highly preferred.
609 and 608 certifications highly preferred.
Completion of accredited vocational diesel automotive school preferred.
Ability to lift 50 pounds; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment per DOT rules.
Diagnose and repair powertrain, suspension, and wheel-end components.
Troubleshoot complex systems including aftertreatment, HVAC, hydraulics.
Maintain records of parts usage and services performed.
Provide tire repairs and roadside services as needed.
Mentor less experienced associates.
