Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of verifiable diesel/gas mechanic experience
- Skilled in preventive maintenance and heavy-duty repairs
Responsibilities
- Repair, overhaul and adjust buses and equipment per specs
- Diagnose internal engine problems
- Repair fuel injection systems and turbochargers
- Complete repair of front/rear suspensions and drive lines
- Repair transmissions (automatic and manual)
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems
- Repair air, hydraulic and disk brakes
- Supervise Trades and Services Helpers
- Perform related duties as assigned
