Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Heavy Duty Cleaner for Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino, responsible for cleaning industrial and public spaces to maintain a fresh, pristine environment for guests and staff.

You will operate heavy cleaning equipment, perform deep cleans, and assist with guest room duties during emergencies, while adhering to safety and company policies. This role requires stamina, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge of floor machines and cleaning equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, shampoos, strippers and waxes.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be physically mobile and able to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

Vacuum carpeted areas.
Cleans and empties trash cans and ash trays.
Performs deep cleaning of walls, doors, floors, machines, furniture and equipment.
Sweep and mop tile, brick, concrete and other hard surfaces.
Detail cleans gaming equipment and devices.
Detail cleans restrooms using a low-pressure cleaning machine.
Operate heavy duty equipment (carpet extractors, pressure washers, auto scrubbers, etc.).
Shampoo carpeted areas and clean furniture, machines and chair bases.
Identify and report maintenance or cleanliness needs.
