Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across the facility, including restrooms, lobby, gaming floor, and hallways. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift and move loads, and the capacity to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include floor and surface cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and maintaining safe, orderly spaces for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 6 ft.
• Able to work around smokers and pets; comply with safety policies.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all floors, windows, walls, stairs, elevators and other areas as assigned using provided supplies and proper procedures.
• Vacuum all floors.
• Clean, disinfect and restock all restrooms.
• Mop floors around bars, restrooms and entrances.
• Remove all trash and debris from floors and place in designated receptacle.
• Plan, organize and complete work timely.
• Take initiative, show ownership and assist guests with their needs.
• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
