Caesars Entertainment Corporation seeks staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and to promote Family Style Service. You will handle high-volume guest interactions, ensure a spotless environment, and support safe operations across casino facilities.

Responsibilities include cleaning machines and floors, restrooms, and public areas, disposing of waste, and assisting with maintenance tasks. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• One year experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators.
• Vacuum all floors.
• Clean, disinfect and restock restrooms.
• Mop floors around bars, restrooms and entrances.
• Remove trash and debris from machines, floors and trash cans.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining high standards of maintenance and cleanliness. Promote Family Style Service through actions and positive attitude.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat, and cheerful.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
• Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
• Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.
• Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms and entrance.
• Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans. Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpsters.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Participate in routine drills as assigned.
• Paint; lubricate machinery and equipment as needed.
• Report any maintenance required for equipment, and ordering parts for defective equipment.
• Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
• Assist in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 200 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing or sitting position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
